Some things to know before booking
Booking
Clients may book at the latest 10 hours before appointment time.
Retainer
A non-refundable 50% retainer fee is required upon booking. This payment must be made through the website. Second payment may be done through the website, venmo, zelle, or cash.
Late/Cancellation
Client will incur a $10.00 late fee after 10 minutes past scheduled appointment time. Appointment will be cancelled after 15 minutes.
Reschedule
Clients are to reach out before their appointment to reschedule. One (1) reschedule per appointment is permitted. Appointment must be rescheduled within a week from the original appointment time and date. Original retainer fee will be forfeited, and a new appointment with retainer fee will be required should the client need to reschedule outside the week time frame.
After Hours
A 25.00 fee will be added to the second payment for appointments scheduled outside of regular working hours (before and after).
