Brittani's interest in makeup began in high school; racking up late return fees for holding hostage books like Kevin Aucoin's Making Faces and Face Forward (she still has them). However, her passion for it did not ignite until college, while pursuing a degree in Fine Arts for Music Theatre Performance. It was then, during one semester of the Costume and Makeup for the Stage course, her focus shifted from center stage to behind the scenes. After completing her degree, (and a short stint as a bank teller), Brittani took a major leap of faith, left her 9-5, and enrolled in cosmetology school. Within weeks of receiving her cosmetology license, she landed an opportunity of a lifetime working for MAC Cosmetics. During her 5-year affiliation with MAC, she received training in several styles of makeup but developed a specialty for natural, soft glam, and bridal makeup. Brittani has facilitated one-on-one makeup lessons and classes, as she is has a special place in her heart for makeup education. Towards the end of May 2021, Brittani ventured out on her own; launching her freelance makeup business Empower Beauty by Brynn.

Brittani, based in Wichita, KS, is a mobile makeup artist, and happy to travel where needed. Makeup Resume include: special events, weddings, photoshoots, magazines, fashion shows, award ceremonies, recording artists and authors.
